Delivery charges per order are £4 and delivery is presently made within the UK only.

All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All UK orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Business Post Couriers.

Goods that are in stock are dispatched within a working day. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 12 days. All our products are imported from the United States and China so please allow 28 days before contacting us.

If nobody is available to sign for the parcel at the point of delivery, Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to collect it. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply.

For items that are not broken and wish to be returned the following policy applies.

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.

6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
